3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload offensive, explicit, or unlawful content.
• Misuse the service for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform or its APIs.

4. Payments

• All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
• Your purchase gives you access to a specified number of AI-generated images (credits).
• All purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Ownership & Usage

• You retain full rights to the images you upload and generate.

• You are free to download and use the generated images for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Model Training & Storage

• Your uploaded photos may be temporarily stored to support model training.
• All data is securely stored and can be deleted by the user at any time via their studio dashboard.
